To attend or book any of our events, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By booking, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date/event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pink Therapy Studio, we strive to create vibrant, memorable experiences through our unique events and offerings. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases and bookings made via our website, in person, or through third-party platforms are final and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Event tickets

  • Workshop bookings

  • Merchandise purchases

  • Gift vouchers

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend an event

  • Double bookings or scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, which permits businesses to set reasonable terms and conditions for refunds, provided these are clearly communicated.

2. Credit Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, we offer the option to transfer your booking value as a credit to:

  • Another upcoming event (subject to availability), or

  • Merchandise on our site or in person

Requests for credit transfers must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Requests made later than this may not be accommodated.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that Pink Therapy Studio cancels or reschedules an event:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible, and

  • You will receive a full credit for the amount paid, valid for 6 months from the date of issue

4. How to Request a Credit Transfer

To request a transfer of your booking to another event or to apply your credit to merch, please email us at:

5. Non-Transferable Bookings
